Shipping & Delivery

In an effort to save our customers money Outdoor Addiction checks for the lowest shipping costs available through the US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx.  We will process and ship your order as soon as possible.  If we have the product in stock at our store we will ship within 24 hours.  If we do not have the item at the store we will attempt to ship the item within 72 hours or 3 business days (M-F).  We will always contact you and keep you advised of your orders shipping status as well as provide you a tracking number and information on which carrier your order will be shipped from.  For orders shipped through the US Postal Service you may track your package by going to:  http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm?from=home_header&page=trackandconfirm.  For orders shipped through FedEx:  http://fedex.com/Tracking.  For UPS:  http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html.  If you have not received a confirmation email or phone call within 7 business days of your placing the order please contact us.

Privacy & Security

When you visit the Outdoor Addiction Web site, you will be asked to provide us with personally identifiable information in order to make a purchase. You will be asked for your name, shipping and billing addresses, your e-mail address, and your credit card number or other payment-related information.  You can also choose to process your order through PayPal. In addition, our Web servers track various details about your visit, such as you computer's IP address and which pages you visited.  This information does not typically contain any personally identifiable information about you beyond your likes.

We may post customer testimonials on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer's name. We do obtain the customer's consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.

Outdoor Addiction values you and your business and is committed to doing everything possible to make our online ordering process secure and enjoyable.  For this reason we track all transactions to include shipping of products that have been purchased.

Secure Ordering Process

All of our transactions and orders are conducted through PAYPAL and are secure.  Any credit card information you enter on our site is strongly encrypted and protected.  by using PAYPAL it makes it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept and misuse while being transmitted between your computer and our server.

Once you have completed your order online, our security procedures do not end. We take appropriate precautions to protect the security and privacy of the information stored on our computer networks. Children

In accordance with federal law, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age 13 without the verifiable permission of a parent or guardian. If you are under age 13, you are welcome to browse our Web site. If we determine that we have erroneously collected a child's information, we will immediately undertake to delete that data from our records.

Returns & Replacements

Outdoor Addiction will honor any warranty on products that are purchased through our store.  We will send replacement items to customers at their request.  Customers requesting a product exchange will be required to pay for the shipping and handling that may occur to include that of shipping the damaged product to the manufacture.  If orders are placed on sized items and the customer finds that the size was not correct Outdoor Addiction reserves the right to exchange the item for a different size or model.  These cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Outdoor Addiction.  We will commit to doing all we can to help our customers in these events.

Ordering

Orders can be made on line through the Outdoor Addiction website, through our store or by calling in your order @ 801-403-0507.  All orders are processed in the way they are received.  Due to the cost of shipping Outdoor Addiction only services customers from within the United States or with shipping address within the United States.  We will let everyone know when we are prepared to go international with our site.
